As a 20+yr educator, business owner, and college administrator, she is passionate about helping others succeed in college and in life.
As a CEO and former director of a $1.25 million college preparatory program, Dr. McDowell has helped 98% of her clients gain access into college.
In addition, Dr. McDowell serves as a motivator, encourager, and activator to clients who need support during major transitions in their lives.

Dr. LaToya Stackhouse
Consultant
Dr. LaToya Stackhouse is a Higher Education professional with sixteen years of experience working in several areas of Student Affairs. Her passion is working with students and helping the transition into college. Dr. Stackhouse holds a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum Studies as well as a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southwestern State University. Her experience working with Federal TRIO programs like Upward Bound and experience as an academic advisor has equipped her with the knowledge and skills as a first-year transition specialist to incoming students.
